If you read this, you have probably already seen some of my photos, and then you will understand that nature and animals are my greatest passions in life :)

I love a tranquil sunrise as well as the drama of a summer storm. I enjoy the colors of nature and the play of the ever-changing light. I love the silence of the snowy landscape, and I can sit for hours an watch the roe deers eat, or the foxes play. Well, you get the picture… :)

I bought my first DSLR in 2011, a Canon EOS 60D, and ever since I carry my camera with me wherever I go. I now have a EOS 6D as well :) I’m just an amateur, but I'm always trying to improve and appreciate any constructive criticism! There is so much talent here on Flickr. Seeing other people’s work inspires me, and I'm learning more and more everyday.

Most of my photos are taken handheld, even the ones shot with the Tamron 150-600. I have a tripod, but I find it too heavy to carry with me, so I usually only use it for night shots…

Your comments and faves are highly appreciated. Unfortunately, life isn’t just about photography. There’s work, household chores, garden, farm animals to take care of… And the all important family time! If you don’t get a response on your comments, it’s not that I don’t care or don’t appreciate it, it’s just that there are not enough hours in the day :)
