I'm a self-taught graphic designer and DIY rebel in Houston, TX. I run a small freelance design company called Rara Avis that specializes in design for small businesses and individuals. I also produce 4 product lines through my company: 3 stationery brands and a jewelry brand called EUTECTIC.

Another site that I run is my blog, "a rare thing". I post about artists, musicians, designers, crafters, and other stuff cool located in and around Houston. Since I'm a small business human myself, I know the value of good WOM publicity!
