Born in Lecce in 1985, currently based in Milan.

I've been falling in love with photography since I was a teen, but I approached this world in depth only in 2008.

I'm a totally self-taught photographer, all that I know comes from experience and books. My teachers are my mistakes.

My creed is that photography is not just a portrait of the reality, it's rather a poem of the self: the sensor as my paper, the light as my pen.

Beauty, amazement, peace, joy, anguish, loneliness, all that you could find in a poem, you could equally find in a picture.
