ADEM is Arkansas' Homeland Security and Preparedness Agency.

We serve Arkansans before, during and after disasters (natural and man-made) by increasing awareness of disaster preparedness, working with county and local governments to respond as disasters happen, as well as continuing that work after the storm ends to make sure communities get back to life as usual.
