I am a 27 year old married mom of 3 little girls. I am currently going to school for business administration concentrating in marketing.

I have loved taking pictures since as long as I can remember. Recently, I was able to get a "fancy" DSLR camera, a HUGE upgrade from my old point and shoot Nikon. I am still learning a lot about my camera and how to use it, I think I learn something new about it everyday.

This is what I know about my camera, it's a:

--Nikon D3100

with a

--3x 18-55mm Zoom-NIKKOR VR Image Stabilization lens

--14-megapixel CMOS DX sensor

and it

--takes really good pictures

I also have a four point star filter.

I thoroughly enjoy taking photographs, to the point where my kids say cheese when they see me getting into my camera bag.

I look forward to this project that I am starting, 1 photo a day. Should be very very interesting. Not only to see the photos, but to see how my skills progress through the year.
