Newton is the brainchild of former recruiting professionals (that's us) who got the idea to build better applicant tracking technology after becoming frustrated with existing solutions. Having run corporate recruiting programs for over 12 years prior with printed resumes, email, spreadsheets and complicated software, we wanted to leverage the benefits of internet technology to hiring people easier.
