I have enjoyed being the shutterbug of my family since I was about 10,Following my Grandpa,who also liked taking pix.
Have been shooting as an amateur for 4 yrs now,
One thing I have appreciated about this hobby is that it has opened my eyes to the beauty that surrounds us each and every day,I love interacting with other photographers,sharing our eye for beauty,and inspiring each other to try new things.
I feel I am in my element taking photos,If I dont have the camera bag with I often capture little snippets of my day usig my android retro camera ap . I find the results fun and funky. I believe it isnt the camera that makes the photo, but what the photographer can do with different media that makes the photo. Often the funnest images come out of left field when you are little prepared, One has only to stop for a moment in time and grab that little something that makes you smile.

Flickr for me is a sharing experience. I learn alot from sharing others work and their comments and suggestions on mine.Giving the proper attention to my contacts is important to me,therefore I have found it necessary to clean up my own contact list.Contacts that do not come by for a comment at least once in a while have been dropped.Pls don't take it personally,it is in no way a reflection of what I think of you or your photos.It has just become a neccesity.

She has a great variety of photo's to please any palate, I enjoy her Macro work because that is mainly what I do but her landscapes of the countryside & her travels are places that remind me of my Midwestern childhood. There are funny shots were she & her friends are just being a bunch of kids & it makes me laugh & smile. I enjoy seeing what she see through her lens! Tani has also been so helpful to me without me even asking, she offers of herself & that is so nice & unexpected that I immediately liked her.
