So today i'm on Woot.com & VIOLA! I see one of his Drawings on a T-shirt!! KUDOS!!!! shirt.woot.com/fr...
I wear diapers now because of his drawings.
Ape Lad is my new favorite cartoonist. LOL Cats brings a smile to my face every time I read them! I can't get enough of Pip and Kitteh. Pip's Fan Club is the first fan club I have joined since before I was a teenager! Thanks for all the wonderful art, all the laughs and all the good times to come!
Ape Lad is not only an artistic genius, but also the current King of the Hobos. It's an honor to be invited into his circle.

The Laugh Out Loud Cats summon endless joy for me-- originally I felt the same joy from Herriman, Bud Fisher, Cliff Sterrett, Rudolf Dirks, etc.. You are a force for good in a dark universe, my friend. --NCM

For the past 18 or so months, I've had to watch Adam's work float across my contacts page like so much golden filament, tying together a knowledge of design, an appreciation of the human condition and a smoky yet flavorful humor. His work is simple, magical, pervasive, unrelenting. It speaks to the lizard brain, it solidifies the nostalgia and yet it's beyond creative. Adam's on a different level than most, in the upper tier along with the greats of the past. I'm proud to have been even in loose association with that range of talent.
Read lessAdam is an enormously talented and prolific artist and illustrator. His work is full of verve and humour, and is always worth a look. Especially because he puts out so much of it. Also: draws hobos like no one's business.
This man makes me wonder why I even bother picking up a pencil. He's that good. You want boundless creativity? Look no further than The Lad of Ape.
No one can draw hoboes like Ape Lad. Its like he is obsessed or something. I'd watch him closely if I were you. He seems overly fond of zombies. Other than that, he is a great ape.
Don't taunt the Ape Lad, his talent will crush you.
Ape Lad is one of the very few people whose drawings I consistently like.
I don't even know him, but I'm continually blown away by his illustrations... what a terrific Flickr feed, it always puts a smile on my face. Can't wait to see what's coming next.
