I am a very amateur photographer, who enjoys many different aspects of photography, but with a young family and a full time job I don't get out as much as I would like, so there tends to be big gaps between uploads.

Flickr for me is a place I can show my work to other photographers who, can appreciate my efforts or give me helpful critique, I also like to look at other photographers work, some times it gives me inspiration to get out there and take more shots, but it can also be a useful tool too help when I want to get to a particular place and wonder what shots are available there.
