I'm just an average 70 something bloke who's not as overweight as he used to be (or as young). I'm currently retired and have had spells in IT support, software development, Mac computer sales, video games programming and lab technicianing (is that a word?) along the way.

As for photography, I'm really just another opportunistic and occasionally lucky snapper. My camera mostly comes with me on holidays, hill walking and general plodding around the countryside and gardens. Sometimes I get it right and sometimes not but that's all part of the fun.
