"Qué guapa estás ?!"

These words are a Spanish expression, I use my Mother Julia's tongue to speak things that for me exist in a heart felt horizon almost beyond words! In English the words I think translate as 'What Beauty Is This?!' Mystery for me is a key to discovering our existence reflected in art. Curiosity in art awakens us from the blind sleep of familiarity and assumption, my art is turning her head from you, so you chase her to discover more!

In Art as in Life, it is curiosity that attracts our consciousness.

In a world saturated by stimulus we seek to control fresh curiosities through their bloody conquest by premature definitions, their is a need to define people instead of understand and know them as free evolving beings, this also mirrors the mono rationalism of austerity capitalism that values the worth of things by their translation into money profit & mostly only honours the work of those that successfully gain wealth. Some even seek to use the always imperfect command of science, to disallow wonders that are beyond current knowledge, but old Albert Einstein advised better, when he said “Imagination is more important than knowledge. For knowledge is limited to all we now know and understand, while imagination embraces the entire world, and all there ever will be to know and understand.”
