Personal chef in Austin, Texas and aspiring photographer/videographer. I studied English literature at SUNY Geneseo and after a few jobs in publishing, tutoring and journalism decided to challenge myself by walking across America. (The photos from that walk are hosted here on Flickr.) Moved to Austin afterwards and began cooking in professional kitchens. Started a personal chef company in Austin seven years ago- and working to educate other cooks/chefs on how to create their own personal chef companies.
