Maybe photography is best left undefined. I see my photography as a somewhat meditative practice and as such a lot of the things I photograph are static and unmoving. Some time around 2009 I began thinking in photographic ways. I began tuning into a way of seeing the world that only photography could express. As such, I don't feel particularly in control of what I photograph, it's more like acting on a compulsion to visually document my particular visions. I am a qualified art teacher in Australia and photography was my major.
