Photography is my passion. I started taking pictures initially with a couple of point and shoot digital cameras. After getting some appreciation for some of my good pictures, I decided to take the next big step and bought a DSLR a couple of years ago. Since then, I have been regularly taking pictures and thanks to flickr, a hobby has turned into a passion.

My ultimate goal is to take good pictures which can inspire others. Photography to me is a medium to express what I feel about a subject, be it a living being or a landscape or just random things around me. What I have observed is that photography is a passion with infinite opportunities to learn. This passion has led me explore the world around me through the lens. Weddings, cultural expeditions, sporting events, model photography, landscapes are some of the areas in photography that I have explored ever since.

I also travel a lot mostly around Washington state. Hiking is one of my other interests. Hiking goes so well with my passion as the trails around here in the Pacific Northwest are full of beautiful assortment of nature's very best. You can see a compilation of all my hikes here
