I'm an author and a mother of four. I'm married to my high-school sweetheart, Neil. We've been married since 1986. We both share a passion for social justice as well as parenting (hence the four kids!). We honeymooned in Washington, DC, in part so that we could visit The Smithsonian Institute and the Vietnam War Memorial.
