To describe myself and my interest on working the way I do I would like to quote Jeanloup Sieff:

"There will always be people who will consider photography as an art form and those who attach importance to its documentary value and those for whom it will remain a souvenir and even those who see it as a testimony. But the definition of art in general an photography in particular shall remain as controversial as the discussion over the gender of angels. In order to simplify this never-ending futile debate, I suggest, without any hope whatsoever of leading the way, we should classify photographs into two major categories: the good ones and the bad ones."

The works I publish here are the pictures I consider good. For me pictures are more than images. They are windows to stories beyond imagination. These stories are true.

I am currently working as a content planner at a content strategy agency, Vapa Media, in Helsinki. I also work as a freelance journalist and photographer and will start my studies in photojournalism this fall.
