Beyond the technique, what truly echoes in her pictures is the genuine joy in life. No matter what subject, there's always this little spice of creativity and fun that makes the dish so tasteful. Anna's photography truly resonates. One can't help escape the notion that her work is more than merely capturing moments. When viewing her portfolio in whole, there's a distinct sense of narrative and even story telling. She posses the sort of keen and dedicated eye that allows her to see not simply the image itself, but also understands its greater context, which is beautifully demonstrated in her frequent use of a secondery image to further heighten that idea of narrative, awareness & ability to (re)-evaluate ones surreoundings. A photographic force to be reckoned with.

sorry... my english is awfull. but I´ll try to drop some lines about this curious and talented girl. Anna reminds me Lola (from Run Lola Run). I have an impression that she´s always running. a person in constant movement... with her camera right on the hand, of course. she have a great sense of humour and (this is obvious) knows a lot of people. it´s amazing how she extracts the essence of her friends. her photos show us a unique view of the world she lives. girls kicking in alleys, grafittis, skyes, guitars, flowers, piercings, toothpaste (?), anything turns into a creative photo. I´m always looking for something fresh at her Flickr gallery.

The simple truth is that Anna knows people. This can be seen in her portraits that leave me wanting to know more about her subjects. Each of these images has such a strong storytelling element that I feel as though they came from a short film. I envy both her style and ability to show humanity in such a unique way.

Anna's work has a creatively quirky kick to it. Carnivale meets rusted meets enchanting. Her vision clearly hits home with her audience, conveying a sense of authenticity and true emotion.

When I see ANNA's photographs, I really like the style in which she views the world around herself and the way she captures it. The people she photographs look always very open and willing to give themselves up for the shot - even if they are all her friends, and I believe theyre not, it is quite surprising when I see that kind of connection. I really like her diptychs, which uniquely show the photographed person, but as well what they might feel by showing what they see - it creates great empathy between the viewer and the photograph/between the viewer and the photographer - very clear view of the situation with emphasis on the emotionality of the moment, simply an artistic experience.
