Straight outta old skool
So I spend a lot of time alone. My main passion is being a singer/songwriter. I was front person for a band called
Clare Quilty for 10 years. We released 3 albums on an independent label here in the states.Next
up was my all girl band,
The Dirty Dishes, which
lasted about 3 years and was terrific fun. Just recently I have stepped my foot into jazz
with my new project called Jive Katze.
All the money I make singing standards I give back to New Orleans (I
send it here) I keep busy for a reclusive girl. In addition to music I do *this*. I love digital photography and I'm about as unorthodox about it as one can be in the art form. I've never picked up a film camera, I never ever use my viewfinder and I adore Photoshop.
I'm an odd girl who lives in the mountains and only shows my face to rock people's socks off. The rest of the time I'm thinking too much and taking pictures. Go figure.

angel of the odd, no other more perfect name, glamour, beauty, aesthetics and this attitude of "I shiting in the previous things, if I take a photo drunk or with hangover who judges me?" Jenn is incredible, it re-treats with the only eye, she covers her way and it is giving us in images small pieces of. I adore her photos, because I adore her, so beautiful and so not traditional, with her tattooes and piercings, her favorite jean, her hats and if releases in the Ritz with a garment of gala, surely it sits down as fish in the water, I want to listen to her music, to hear her voice it would be the perfect complement for everything what there transmit her images, Jenn, or the angel of the odd, it is a pure energy and it has the gift of being able to transmit it.
Read lessI liked Jenn from da start when i met this 'bad ass cowgirl'. She shoots wonderful pix with her b-loved 717. Soon i found out she also is a sensitive, very talented singasong writer. Her previous CD rawked, her latest sure as hell will 2! I love her 4 who she is, a lovely sweet soul :p Keep on rawkin girl!!

The Angelic Oddity, as I have been calling her since fotolog times (Does anyone remember fotolog?), is a wonderful creative photographer, a poet (this even shines through in her images), and did you know she is a darn good singer too. I frequently play the CD of her band Clare Quilty that she was kind enough to send me and I know all the songs by heart already. Does that make me a fan? Hehehehehe... In her personality I admire Jenn for her kindness, for the way she always seems to be down to earth and in balance She seems to be a person with a healthy amount of self-confidence who knows what she wants. And eventhough we are half a world apart I really hope that we can one day go on a photo hunt together. I am very sure that we will have a good time.
