Sharon is a wonderful photographer with wit, passion and finesse in her work. She captures beauty and feelings in her images in a natural way which has become her unique style. I met Sharon on Flickr a few months ago when our paths crossed in the Getty Artist Contributors groups, her images are rightfully sought after by Getty and have been purchased by top-notch organizations. She is generous and approachable and will take time and effort to comment on images and on the streams of her Flickr contacts or any image she likes, always encouraging and personal in her comments she uses humour and personality to lighten up the comment stream. I have gained a lot from observing Sharon’s skill, from her warm personality, her joyful presence and her generosity and I feel honoured to call her a friend.
