I have always liked taking photos, but have always been the last to get the latest.... last to get a film SLR, last to get a Digital, last to get a Digital SLR!!!!

The trouble is now I have an excellent camera, and I know how to look for a good photo, trouble is I can't get the hang of exposure, iso, etc etc!!!!

I try not to use photoshop or any other editing because I think it is more important to get the shot right with the camera. Plus I am too confused by all the editing jargon!!!

You will see that I prefer landscapes, not to mention Dover Castle, but I will branch out one day and try other styles of photo!!

P.S. Unfortunately, with my wife and children taking first place, my work second (only because it pays the mortgage), LEGO is now third (thanks to my children!), and photography now fourth since 2012! I will try to reply to all those who pass comments and pass comments on your photos, but please understand if I either don't reply, or take my time. There is simply not enough hours in the day!
