Photography helps me relax and I think its a great form of communication and expression. I attended a City & Guilds photography night school course for three years in the mid 80's in Cottingham, East Yorkshire using Bronica gear. I worked my spare time in the UK covering sport photography and events for a local newspaper. This paid my night school and film costs.

I came across Flickr in early 2008, and think its the best web sharing type of its kind for keen photographers of all levels. If my pictures can make someone smile even for just a second, then the time and effort taking that picture was well worth it.

Main equipment is a Canon 40D, with various Sigma Lens's. Update. Now owner of Canon 5D mkii with Canon 24-105mm, 70-300mm L Pro Lenses.
