Like many people I first got into photography when my children were small. Over the years my interests broadened from family snaps to travel and nature. More recently I've started to get into events and street photography.

I'm a lifelong Canon user and I currently have both a 7D and 5D Mark II. I've also recently acquired a Panasonic CSC which I'm quite taken with because of its portability.

I've been browsing Flickr for a long time and finally decided its time to join!
