I’ve always believed the best camera is the one that lets you see without getting in the way. That’s why I’ve spent years refining the lightest possible DSLR kit—just enough gear to chase the shot, never so much that it slows me down.

 

Then in 2020, life handed me a twist: winning the Xiaomi Photography Award’s Grand Prize. It cemented what I’d already suspected—that vision matters more than bulk. These days, you’ll find me working mostly with a smartphone, proving that magic lives in the frame, not the firmware.

I really like the way andrius_ru (Andrius Venclova) is shooting architecture.
