If you spend any time in my company and we get talking about photography I'm likely to tell you that I only want 5 photographs. Truthfully I'd be happy with just five great prints, the reality is that I'm unlikely to achieve my goal for some time to come because photography is a journey where we're always discovering. I'm not the kind of photographer that looks at a scene and thinks what it could look like after heavy editing, I won't shoot unless the conditions are interesting. Personally recording a unique moment with my camera is more important than creating a digital image in post production. I'm more than happy if I capture one picture a year, with this mindset I don't feel disappointed if I come away with nothing.
