Andrew is a Certified Trainer and Master Practitioner of Neuro-Semantics (NS) and Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) certified by the International Society of Neuro-Semantics (ISNS) from Colorado, USA. He is also a Master Practitioner of Hypnosis and Meta-Trance and a Certified Family Therapist. With his background experience in Family Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Hypnotheraphy, his great passion in life is to help Individuals and Teams to find their Signature Path, and to maximize their potential in life via training, coaching, counselling and mentoring.

It has been Andrew's privilege to certify people in Practical Psychology and he has conducted 26 batches of NS-NLP Practitioner Certification and 2 batches of NS-NLP Master Practitioner Certification. Recently, he was invited by the Malaysian Human Resource Development Fund (HRDF) to give a talk on NLP at the 2008 HRDF Conference at Genting International Convention Centre. He has also conducted 25 batches of Train The Trainer (TTT) and 10 batches of Evaluation of the Effectiveness of Training (EET) programs for the HRDF.
