I have been taking photos since I was about four. I started with a dodgy box camera (120) and moved on through an instamatic to a Ricoh SLR that served me well for many years. I then back tracked a bit and had a couple of Pentax K1000s (excellent camera) and some range finders. Went digital a while back with a Pentax ist DS which is still working and producing decent(!) images.

Mainly use my iPhone now as it is handy and have a Canon EOS 350D with the IR filter removed for astrophotography.

My passion is monochrome but still love full bodied landscapes and astrophotography.
