I've been using a BenQ DC E30 for a year or so, and it's a cute pocket sized thing that I'm reluctant to let go of although it has little in the way of controllability. It can be adjusted for exposure a little, and close ups, but it's point and shoot, with a small memory.
At Christmas 2006 I was given a Canon PowerShot A70, which is very chunky in comparison, but doesn't drink batteries as much (I've taken about a hundred shots on the first set). Controllable exposure, F-stop, optical zoom and other things, if I can find the time to sit down with the manual.
My phone has a reasonable camera on it, which I've used on some occasions.
If I use something like Photoshop for anything more than adjusting colour balances and brightness I'll note it, but I confess to cropping, rotating and flipping images.
Most of my photos are Creative Commons and so if you want to use or abuse them you can. But let me know, and send me a link or a copy. Ta.
