Returning to photography after a long hiatus as real life got in the way. Started on this journey in the early 1970s, lots of snapshots through the next 30 years but not much "serious" photography. Now I've bought a DSLR and a long lens and I'm determined to acquire the skills to use them properly. Loving the digital life but missing the smells of the darkroom and wishing I that I still had the sharp eyes that I had when I first picked up a camera!
