Andrew Benson
Drag to set position!
Andrew Benson (b. 1967, Washington, DC) is a photographer based in Wheat Ridge, Colorado. He studied art at Frostburg State University and the Maryland College of Art & Design, graduating with honors in painting and sculpture.
The photographs are a geographic survey of the social landscape—a deadpan exploration of the mundane, exceptional and often times absurd compositions found in everyday life. They function not as pure documentary, more so a figurative reconstruction of existing space.
NOTE: Feedback and criticism (constructive) are welcome, but please don't leave images/awards in the comments. They will likely be deleted.
