A sales executive with more than 15 years of experience in the human resources consulting arena, Andrea Sugden currently serves as senior vice president of national accounts for Adecco Staffing in Tampa, Florida. Educated at the University of Tampa, Andrea Sugden earned her B.S. in finance and business management, and subsequently joined Chase Bank, where she held a variety of roles in customer service, underwriting, and credit. Three years later, Ms. Sugden entered into a lengthy tenure with Norrell Services (now Spherion Corporation), during which time she ascended from customer service specialist to business development director for Florida’s West Coast area.

Andrea Sugden left Norrell in 2002 for a position as Manpower’s area manager of Tampa and Jacksonville, in which capacity she oversaw $25 million in annual revenues and 11 branch offices. Following two years as the firm’s regional director for Florida, Ms. Sugden joined United HealthCare for a brief term as director of employer/broker services before taking on responsibilities as senior vice president of the Southern Division at Adecco. Now senior vice president of national accounts, she continues to build the company’s reputation for excellence in the field of professional staffing.
