Storytelling photographer with an obsessive eye based near Rotterdam, The Netherlands. The female part of “Kroon en Van Maanen Fotografie”. Apart from business photography I am specialised in storytelling photojournalism: Urban- and eventphotography.

As you may probably have noticed, there are quite a lot of pictures from Jerusalem on my photostream. Well, there is a reason for this: Together with Erwin van Maanen I am working on a project about the rich history of the Mahane Yehuda Market and the surrounding neighborhoods. This may sound like yet another history book about Jerusalem. However, ours is a series of personal accounts from the late 1860's up until now and like our photo's brought in a non-pretentious manner.

Together with the publication we had a photo exposition in Rotterdam with a selection on dibond.

Jerusalem is my city and I have a very weak spot for New York City. Oh yes, and for mathematics, but that is logical....
