I have always been interested in photography but never really thought of myself as a "photographer". But when I stumbled upon Flickr I was born again! Viewing photos from all around the world from so many different photographers made me realize that this is what I wanna do. My brother, Micke, were about to buy a new camera some time ago. An ordinary compact cam. But I persuaded him into buying a Canon EOS 350D instead :P You can see his wonderful photos if you follow the link a bit down this page. I think he´s thankful that he didn´t go with the compact cam :P

Shortly after inspecting his camera and trying it out I bought one just the same myself.

There are many different "genres" and techniques within photography that I like, abstract, portraits, long exposures, HDR etc. But what really floats my boat is being out in the nature with my camera. The world is just wonderful and I love to pass what I see on to others through my photographs.

I don´t consider myself to be a professional at all. I´m still a novice. I started photographing in February 2006 and I got so much to learn. Flickr is the best source for that, in my opinion. So many lovely photos and so many really good photographers to learn from.
