I'm interested in things that I've never tried before. That is what drew me to photography in college. I was going to a business-centric school with very little exposure to liberal arts. Busy with lacrosse and classes, there were few opportunities to exercise my creative side. Luckily I stumbled up a little known Thursday-night photo class. I did pretty well and found myself applying for an independent study the following semester. Capturing a moment in time became a creative outlet that I hadn't ever really had. 3 years later the itch started again, and I finally purchased my first digital SLR. Now I can't stop taking pictures....
