Hi!

My name is Amy and I am from Pictou County in beautiful Nova Scotia, Canada. I live in a rural area with my sweet husband two sweet little boys and a little menagerie of furry friends.

My earliest photography memories were of my grandmother and her Polaroid camera. It seemed magical watching that little square turn into a photo. I was hooked!

Fast forward many years and I have recently been gifted with a Canon Rebel Xsi from the above mentioned sweet husband. I am still very much a beginner and I have oodles to learn but I love it. If I'm not using the rebel I still enjoy the fun and ease of a couple point and shoot cameras I keep around.

I am even newer to Flickr but I have been enjoying myself and I am always awed by the amazing talent on here! I am hoping to take some Photoshop courses in the near future as well acquiring some items on my wish list (flashes, filters and lenses!)
