I am a 29 year old experimental photographer. I did some photography for a while, but due to life plans and circumstances, I have stopped it for a long time, now I'm taking it up again and still trying to learn a lot. I think it just runs in the family, my father has always been fascinated with photography/film making, he has a big range of vintage cameras, video cameras, and without that fascination we wouldn't have any of our childhood films or photos that showed us from the day we were born, up to this age.

 

I fell in love with photography a while back, but I never had the money or the knowledge on how to begin with it. After some reading online, first I bought myself a Canon PowerShot, then with time I moved into an SLR type, the Digital Rebel, and then on to 1Ds Mark II & 40D. I'm very happy to own those cameras now and I'm even planning on buying some more in the future. For now I am trying to learn as much as I can, I'm no expert, I am self taught and doing my best in this field.

 

I just hope that people see what I see in a photo, whatever is the subject being photographed, I think there is always a beauty somewhere in it, could be hidden, that maybe a human eye can't see.. or it could be a humours moment or setting.. and I hope that I will interpret this through my photos.
