I have two passions - my family and making things. Growing up in the Midwest you learn a lot about using what you have to make something great and taking care of your family. I believe that my creativity comes from my family. I am surrounded by so many crafty and artistic people it's hard to keep up.

I went to college to be a graphic designer. As much as I love that industry there can be very little room to make things just how you want them to be. So began a million ideas - a place for me to make things the way I want them made.

I have a natural curiosity for all things handmade. I like to try all kinds of mediums. I started with paper crafts and card making then played around with cross stitch, painting and knitting looms. After my son was born I taught myself to crochet. I love all of these things and I am so excited to share my millions of ideas with you.
