Amie has an innate ability for narrative photojournalism. I'm constantly amazed at the multi-faceted layers of information she is able to convey in a single image. But Amie is more than a photojournalist - she's a fine art photographer as well. Amy has a true artist's eye so evident in her soulful compositions of shadow, light, perspective, abstraction, texture, color and form. She has one of my favorite streams on Flickr. I never quite know what I will find when I visit, but she always manages to find the interesting and the beautiful and capture it in a photo.
