I grew up using 110/35mm film point and shoot/disposable cameras and love the excitement of anticipating the outcome of old school film.
In 2003, I reluctantly accepted digital and grew accustomed to new change.
I primarily shoot with film, yet enjoy the convenience of instant digital gratification only when needed.
Currently I'm using a 1988 Canon Sure Shot Zoom,1946 KODAK 35 Rangefinder, 1975 Yashica Electro GX Rangefinder, 1970 Canon F-1 SLR, and Minolta Maxxum 400 si.,
I find myself with a passion to depict (through images) everyday thoughts, feelings, and experiences around me...future memories.
My main influences have been my close friend photographers who share the same passion in life and in keeping film alive. I'm also a huge fan of the late Chicago street photographer, Vivian Maier.
I usually have a camera on hand. When inspired...I shoot.
