I am a keen amateur photographer, covering a wide range of subjects.

However you will see by the number of my images my preferred subject is historical living history / reenactment events taking place in the North and Midlands of England. I am known for my montage images where I take the main subject photo and montage a genuine / period photo as a background. I have a Facebook page : amhjp photography Military where I have over 18,000 images in over 150 albums.

My preferred era is the 1940's including homefront and military subjects people / vehicles / aircraft etc. I do not post images to glorify conflict, war and I do not make any political statement my interest in this era is historical.
