Alex has over 15 years of diving experience with NAUI, PADI, and NACD diving the Pacific, Atlantic, Gulf and Florida Springs. Born and raised in Southern California Alex traveled extensively until he made Orlando his permanent residence after the birth of his twins. Alex's priority is to enable people to enjoy underwater activities as safely as possible by providing the highest quality education. Along with owning and operating American Dive Insitute, Alex still finds time to act as Dive Master and tour guide for Walt Disney's Dive Quest program at the Living Seas.
