🌈 Artist Bio – Alexandra Conway

Alexandra Conway is a California-based painter who believes art should be bold, emotional, and accessible to everyone. A graduate of UC Santa Cruz with a B.A. in Fine Arts and Film & Digital Media, she spent the last decade working her 9-to-5 as a marketing professional in the heart of Silicon Valley — and her weekends as a weekend warrior artist, paintbrush in hand and imagination unleashed.

A mama of two, Alexandra finds inspiration in nature, documentaries, and the everyday chaos of real life. Her work captures energy, emotion, and color unapologetically, using expressive brush strokes and fearless palettes to mirror the mood of her day. “If I don’t love to paint it, I won’t do it,” she says — and her pieces radiate that authenticity.

Her philosophy is simple: fine art should be for everyone. To make that a reality, Alexandra sells her original pieces on a sliding scale — you pick the price you can afford. She’d rather see her art hanging in your home than boxed up in her closet.

While she happily takes on commissions, pet portraits are off the table (sorry, Fido). Prints are available, but her focus remains on the originals — because, as she puts it, “that’s where the soul of the work lives.”
