The U.S. Army Aviation and Missile Command (AMCOM) is a major subordinate command of Army Materiel Command. Its mission is to develop, acquire, field and sustain Army aviation and missile systems to ensure readiness and superiority on the battlefield. AMCOM provides lifecycle management for aviation and missile systems, integrating logistics, engineering and acquisition support to enhance the operational capabilities of the warfighter.
