About me:

I am high school Earth Science teacher who has had a passion for photography for more than twenty years. My digital library is small and growing, but I have thousands of old slides shot on Fuji Velvia. Maybe I will digitize them someday.

I had never considered sharing my photos until a friend convinced me to try flickr. Now I am hooked. I am awestruck by the amount of talent out there, and have found inspiration from the many great artists here. The next goal for myself is to begin selling my work. What I like most about flickr is the opportunity it presents to grow as a photographer and the contact it provides with other artists. If I add you as a contact it is because I like your work and want to follow it. I check my contacts photos as regularly as I can and will comment as often as I can, but I do not expect the same in return. Add me as a contact and I am flattered.
