Amarjeet Kumar Singh is a self-taught News addict with no formal training in photography. He is a graduate from one of the most prestigious and esteemed universities of India — The University of Allahabad.

He started his career as a photojournalist with Nayadhish, a Hindi newspaper in his hometown Allahabad a decade ago.

He then moved to New Delhi and joined Virat Vaibhav (a Hindi Daily) and subsequently worked with DLA, a Hindi daily, The Statesman, Sakalbela (Regional newspaper) and Tahelka magazine.

At present, he is a freelance photographer.

Amarjeet Kumar Singh covers Politics, Daily-news, Sports and such events presenting him with opportunities to capture moments that creates beauty in the ordinaryness of the everyday life.
