Faculty at the Texas A&M AgriLife Research and Extension Center at Amarillo are known for in-depth research and high-quality educational programs. Their wide range of expertise includes research in ruminant nutrition and health, environmental quality and natural resource management, wheat improvement, pest management and plant stress, and bioenergy and alternative crops/forages, as well as Extension programming excellence in agriculture and natural resources, family and community health, and 4-H youth development.
