Isadora is a porcelain Enchanted Doll, made in year 2010 by doll artist Marina Bychkova.

I received her as a gracious gift from Marina in the occasion of her 2nd yearly give-away contest she hold, to which I participated, along with a hundred of other doll~lovers, with one of my paintings.

It was Marina herself who decided which mold of doll she would give away, and it turned out to be the exquisite and graceful Pearl.

The complete name I gave her is Isadora Violetta, and she even has a “family name”, inspired by one of my heroes, Vigée-Lebrun (google it if you don’t know who she was, if you’re curious ~ and if you’re an art lover like me, you’ll thank me later hehe).

I Amarilli, am a painter but also a mother, with several interests, passions and hobbies, between which making dolls “thingies”, and I have lots of fun with it because it seems that particularly my wigs are quite appreciated by some collectors in the doll world.
