Photography has been my hobby since the early 1980s when I bought my first SLR camera. Then, converting to digital and working my way through Canon DSLRs, I finally upgraded to full-frame and mirrorless, and the Sony A7 iii, in early 2019.

My passion (when time and money allows) is travel and I had been using flickr just to share my travel 'snaps' with family and friends. Then I posted a photo into the flickr Your Shot 2019 group pool and discovered a whole world of fantastic and talented photographers out there! I'm in awe of a lot of you and continue to be inspired to work on and improve my own photographic skills so thank you in advance!
