I have loved photography since I was little enough to remember anything. I've always loved taking photos and being creative, but the ADHD in me always hated waiting for my photographs to be developed:( With the age of DSLR's all my wishes came true. Being an IT worker, DSLR's were second nature and the days of waiting for my photos to be developed, was over.

I live in Alaska and so I have a strong appreciation for nature, wildlife, and the environment. I try to relay the beauty, which constantly surrounds me, in all of my work. I'm an avid hiker, with my trusty hiking buddies, my dog Polo and Shak(They have both passed away now). We venture out every day, rain, snow, or shine hoping to discover an amazing subject to photograph.

I'd like to say thanks to all who have enjoyed my photography and I have seen a lot of great work from others too.

AK Gino is one of my favorite photographers I have found on Flickr. One of the best wildlife photographers. With Polo at his side he finds and photographs some of the most beautiful animals and nature shots.
