Great that you found you way here! Here are some words about my relationship to photography.

Photos and photography have always been close to my heart. I have tried black and white, slides and, of course, colour prints. I bought my first digital camera in 2003, and ever since I have been an active photographer. I take photos during travels and also nature inspires me. There was a time, when I used to carry the camera with me almost anywhere, but more recently I'm getting a bit mixed feelings about photographing. I'm finding my own and others' photographing a bit disturbing. I love to look at photos, the images, but not the act of photographing. I hope I get over it!

Learning to "Photoshop" was great fun, but currently I mostly post very natural photos. I usually only make just some small adjustments in contrast and saturation.

Flickr has been a source of inspiration and new ideas for me, and I enjoy very much communicating with people from all over the world.

I appreciate your comments, so don't be afraid of telling about your views on my photos and of suggesting ways of improving them!
