I am an "Accidental" iPhoneographer. I bought my pre-loved iPhone 3G from eBay in August 2010, and for the first 6 months I used it to make phone calls, as the camera didn't like the Irish light and some days the aperture simply refused to open! Then I moved to Australia, where the glorious light made the camera aperture open up with joy. I soon discovered that this flawed iPhone camera, with its restrictions, was actually very, very cool indeed, as it enabled me to create extraordinary images from so-so photos, with the help of various Apps. Now I sometimes make phone calls with my iCamera!
April 2011: I've now got a pre-loved iPhone 4, and what a difference that's made to my iPhone Art!
The Apps I use are (in no particular order of preference, and please note this list is constantly being modified):

I've also used iMovie on my new iPhone 4, to create (to date 26/4/2011) 4 YouTube videos showcasing my iPhone Art set to original electronic music by the artist ElectroCelt (who happens to be my husband!). Yes, I was also involved in producing ElectroCelt's music. I'm a Classically trained musician who plays the Piano, Viola and Tenori-On :-)
My iPhone Art can be purchased from the following sites:
RedBubble
Zazzle
Fine Art America
deviantArt
I am also on 500pix and RedGage.
For 2012, I will be working on a series of projects around Flower portraits, all done using the iPhone and Apps. These will be close-ups or macros of flowers, and I will be using my NoodleMacro lens (a simple but very effective homemade lens system using a plastic lens from a DIY camera and a slice of my son's swimming aid "noodle"!). I will also be experimenting with a microscope lens for the iPhone, and my e-Bay-bought Macro lens. So, there will be plenty of flower photographs for 2012!
Update 2013: Since December 2012 I have been playing with my new (eBay) Samsung Galaxy S3, a change from iPhoneography. Now my work falls under the term "Androidography", though I rather fancy calling myself a Mobile Photography Artist, as I could be wont to use images captured using my Olympus E-PM1 digital camera too, in conjunction with my old iPhone 4 and my iPad as well as my Samsung mobile phone. Whatever...labels have never been a big deal to me. What I'm concentrating on is creating images that say something to me, and if they say something to others too, then all the better!
